Caswell is an experienced IT professional with over 20 years’ experience primarily within Quality Assurance (QA) and testing.He has spent a several of those years in Test Management roles for large corporates like Woolworths, Siemens, Discovery Health, Barclays, and Metropolitan and Old Mutual Emerging Markets.He has built testing teams from the ground up; provided mentorship to university graduates by accelerating their careers as testing professionals, and created succession plan for test managers at Metropolitan Health, Old Mutual and Woolworths as well as leading strategic implementations from testing perspective.

Cas has multiple certifications specialising in testing which include ISEB Foundation in Software Testing; ISEB Intermediate in Software Testing and ISTQB Advanced Test Manager. He also holds a Masters’ Degrees in Operations Management.He has also completed a post-graduate BTech Degree majoring in Quality Management as well as an Information Systems (IS) Project Management diploma and a Leadership Development Certificate from GIBS. 

Caswell is a strategic leader in QA & Testing who places a strong emphasis on people development.He has vast experience in engaging with Senior Management and Executive management on establishing and running Test Centres of Excellence (TCOEs) for large corporates.
