Ricardo Arroyo joined WatchGuard Technologies in 2016 as part of the acquisition of Hexis Cyber Solutions. He is a Principal Product Manager in charge of ThreatSync, WatchGuard’s XDR Solution, as well as mentoring Product Managers on the Product Management Platform team.

He brings more than 20 years of Cyber Security experience, having worked for the National Security Agency for 15 years as a Network Analyst, Remote Access Tool Developer and Master Cyber Operator. Ricardo was instrumental in guiding the development and deployment of WatchGuard’s first Cloud SaaS product, TDR, and continues to drive the development of future Security Products for WatchGuard’s Unified Security Platform.
