With almost 30 years of experience at Santam, Mark came from a systems development and project management background. He has spent his life working on P&C insurance systems at the company across both Policy and Claims. These were in the form of legacy renewal, establishing new technology and building various forms of business applications, integration capabilities, implementing contact center technology and package systems. The transformation journey to adopt Guidewire started in 2012 where Mark performed various roles including Project and Development Management and later moving into Support and Operations Management. He will drive the implementation of the next step of maturation and innovation through the transition to the Guidewire Cloud Platform.
