A 22-year Avaya veteran, Butler has built up a distinguished career, starting as a systems engineer to running sales engineering for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey region as well as heading a team of seasoned architects as part of the International CTO office.

Butler’s experience gives him his equally strong knowledge of frontline sales and customer advocacy. And because of his background, he is well respected by both technology and business heads across Avaya’s customer communities, and is comfortable providing expertise to leaders on both sides. As a result, Butler is a trusted advisor to the South African organizations he works with.

Butler is based in Johannesburg.
