Grant has extensive business, management, and technical experience. Grant is currently the CEO of IT services company Autumn Leaf. During that time Grant has grown the business from 20 to around 80 employees, revenue 10x and transformed the organisation from an IBM solution provider to an AWS Advanced partner. 

Grant is heavily involved in customer engagements as a solutions architect consulting on AWS engagements. Grant has current and extensive knowledge in solution design, big data, application development and DevOps and is often asked to present at events.
