With a career spanning over a decade in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, Caswell has built a diverse skill set that encompasses sales, marketing, solutions architecture, and business development. Starting their professional journey as a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Ikasi Solutions in 2015, they quickly honed their expertise in the IT landscape.

In May 2015, Caswell transitioned into a Telesales Consultant role at Westcon, where they served until 2016. This experience laid the groundwork for their future roles, allowing them to develop strong client relationships and a deep understanding of sales dynamics. In June 2016, they were promoted to a Sales Support Agent role, where they continued to sharpen their skills in customer service and sales operations.

In July 2017, Caswell took on the role of Pre-Sales Engineer for Mobility in Sub-Saharan Africa. During this time, they played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s mobility solutions, working closely with teams and clients to deliver tailored, cutting-edge products. This position spanned until May 2022, allowing Caswell to become an expert in mobility solutions and their application in the region.

Following this, Caswell transitioned to a Solutions Architect role at Honeywell, further developing their technical and solution-oriented expertise. This position set the stage for their move back to Westcon, where in October 2023, they began working as a Cybersecurity Engineer. During this period, they focused on network security, keeping up with evolving cybersecurity challenges and ensuring businesses could thrive in a secure digital environment.

Currently, Caswell is serving as the Business Development Manager at BlueStar EMEA, a role they have held since September 2024. With a robust foundation in strategic partnerships and presales, their focus is on driving market expansion and revenue growth. In this capacity, they’ve been instrumental in implementing cutting-edge mobility solutions, aligning with client demands to help businesses achieve greater success.

In addition to hands-on experience, Caswell has earned several IT-related certifications, and a variety of cybersecurity qualifications, highlighting their commitment to continuous learning and industry leadership. Proficient in CRM systems and time management, Caswell excels at solving complex problems and strengthening client relationships, ensuring both short-term and long-term success for the organizations they work with.
