Zenith Systems launches LogPoint for SAP, addressing the SAP security blind spot

LogPoint, the modern SIEM and UEBA company, has completed the transaction to acquire Munich-based agileSI, a world-leading SAP security solution, from Orange Cyberdefense. Going forward, the technology enabling the full integration of security data from the SAP platform into SIEM solutions will be known as LogPoint for SAP.

SAP is a market leader in ERP systems, analytics and supply chain management. The platform is one of the principal highways of the global economy and trading infrastructure used by 92% of Forbes Global 2000 companies. SAP customers distribute 78% of the world’s food and 82% of the world’s medical devices, and according to a 2018 Oxford Economics analysis, 77% of the world’s transaction revenue touches a SAP system.

The inclusion in the LogPoint family will add significant development resources to LogPoint for SAP and provide access to market-leading support and customer success services. LogPoint will accelerate the development of ERP-to-SIEM technology, including advanced machine learning features and support for other global ERP platforms.
