Nomonde is a multiple award-winning executive who is currently the Chief Information Officer for Bidvest Bank Limited. A great thought leader in technology and fintech in South Africa, she is an accomplished executive with extensive experience within the tech space. Passionate about women in business and working with young talent within the technology industry, Nomonde coaches and mentors young people to inspire them to pursue careers in technology and engineering.

She holds an MBA from GIBS and a BA Law degree from Wits. She began her career at UCS Solutions before transitioning to other multinational companies such as British American Tobacco. She has led governance and reporting for Absa's IT Office and served as joint-CIO for Absa's Infrastructure Services and regional head of technology. As chairperson of Wired4Women, she advocates for gender parity and equality in the workplace.
