David has been working across customer technology solutions in the travel, transport, hospitality, and airline space for over 20 years, having most recently moved to Verint from CDP provider Boxever (acquired by Sitecore in 2021), responsible for their global travel sector. Experience across many start-ups and larger enterprises, having been in the UK start-up team for Responsys in cross-channel marketing later acquired by Oracle to become the basis of their Marketing Cloud. Now, spearheading Verint’s digital solutions in the sector, including managing existing travel clients including; Aer Lingus, British Airways, easyJet, Carnival Group, Aegean Airlines, AvisBudget, and Hertz.
