Bramley Maetsa is an IM Digital Innovation Enablement Lead at Sasol. He has 18 years of experience working in IT, ranging from consulting, product development, and service management in different geographies. He successfully implemented DevSecOps ways of working and Chapters. As part of digital transformation, he also implemented toolchains such as ServiceNow SPM for Digital portfolio management, Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline, SNYK for App Security, New Relic for Observability, and GitHub Enterprise to complete the automation of flow of work. His mission is to ensure that products are delivered at customer speed, with quality and stability in production.

He is currently working on maturing the Digital delivery model, scaling out AIOps, implementing Crowd Sourcing, and driving Gen AI strategy and policy for Sasol.

Finally on his personal time, Bramley enjoys playing Golf, watching Formula 1 and spending quality time with his two little girls.
