Norbit Williams has been in the ICT industry since 1993 and has worked across various industries within the ICT space. He is currently the Chief Information Office at the Department of Public Enterprises and former CIO for Department of Small Business Development. He has attained his Master of Information Technology (MIT) Degree from the University of Pretoria in 2018 and is in the process of enrolling for his PhD studies. He regard's himself as a visionary and a firm believer in leadership rather than management. He has coined the phrase that “I lead people and we manage process”.
