He is currently the Executive for Business & Digital Advisory at BCX, and in his role leads a team of highly talented Industry and Solution Advisors in making a valuable difference in the lives of customers everyday, by fostering digital adoption.

The depth of his expertise lies in helping businesses navigate towards success through uncertainty, building value driven Go-To-Market plans, encouraging growth through diversification, and operational improvement by leveraging best practice. Mpho has a deep passion for helping businesses adopt sustainable strategies geared for future exponential growth.

Having studied IT Management, Mpho brings with him over 12 years of Management Consulting experience in Strategy, Economics, Business Development and operations management from multiple leading global organisations (i.e. SAP, IFS, Oracle, and KPMG Management Consulting), with a passion for D&I and delivering award winning change programs.
