Mrs MS Makhuvele is a CA(SA) and Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BCom (Hons) Accounting and Management Development Programme from Wits Business School. She has extensive experience both in the public and private sector in the energy, telecommunications, waste, science, and technology sectors.

She is a seasoned professional, with 20 years work experience, 10 in senior roles and key areas of expertise include strategic financial & risk management, cost transformation, pricing & contract management and procurement. She is currently an Executive Finance Business Partner at a leading technology company in Africa.
