Jonathan Tullett is Associate Research Director at IDC, managing research and consulting projects in IT services, cloud, and security for clients across sub-Saharan Africa, as well as supporting clients in Europe and META, and global research initiatives. He assists end-user and vendor customers with market insights, technology strategy, and digital transformation. Jon has worked in the IT industry for nearly thirty years, with experience in Africa, Europe and the Middle East. He spent many years in the media, publishing technology journals in networking, telecommunications, business-to-business trade press, and information security, including several years managing worldwide benchmarking, lab operations and technology evaluations of cybersecurity products for a global technology audience.
