Previously a Director at ITSec, a boutique IT audit and Information Security consulting practice based in KwaZulu-Natal. Previously led Enterprise Information Security for Transnet and was acting head for IT Governance, Risk, Compliance and Security across the Group from March 2012 until November 2014.Prior to Transnet I was a Senior Manager in the Advisory Services division of Ernst & Young and part of the national Information Security team. He has in excess of 19 years of IT, Security and governance experience.IT & IT Security consulting experience covering a wide range of industries, client and platforms with significant experience in the financial services sector. I have worked on various security engagements at some of the largest banks in South Africa, as well as at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority, and the Halifax Bank of Scotland.
