Warren Fisher started in the IT industry in 2001 as a Technical Consultant on Peregrine Systems software. Over the past 18 years Warren consulted on software products from several vendors both in South Africa and internationally.

Having fulfilled many roles in software consulting has had many benefits for Warren, from software support, implementation, process design, systems integration as well as training. Most recently, Warren was worked within the Sales organisation in Pre-sales, Product Management and Solution Architecture capacities. Warren has had the privilege of consulting on numerous technologies spanning the IT organisation. Asset and Service management solutions were the starting point in his career and this portfolio grew to include Application Lifecycle Management, Systems Monitoring and Operations Management, Application Performance Management, Automation, Big Data and Analytics and Robotic Process Automation. Warren's key objective is to deliver value to the customer by clearly understanding the requirements at hand, articulating the benefits and possibilities of the proposed solutions and where necessary identifying cost-effective, pragmatic and efficient solutions and processes to bridge any gaps in off-the-shelf software. This is especially relevant in today's technology-driven world. With new ways of work including Agile, DevOps and the varied toolchains, customer expectations are high and constant change is the new normal.

Warren is blessed with an exceptional wife and two wonderful daughters. They enjoy spending time together (although not nearly enough) as a family including running, travel, reading and culinary experimentation.
