Charné Rubé embarked on her educational path fuelled by a strong love for science. She obtained a BSc degree from Stellenbosch University. Armed with a robust academic foundation, she expanded her horizons into the field of business management, achieving a postgraduate qualification in business management administration. In 2021, she entered the role of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager at the Cyber Security Institute, playing a crucial role in protecting organisations against cyber threats. With certifications accomplished from PECB, including the ISO 31000 Risk Management and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor credentials, Charné brings needed expertise to the table, ensuring that information security and risk management remain top priorities in today's digital landscape. In her role at CSI, she collaborates closely with clients, leveraging their expertise to guide and facilitate the successful implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Through meticulous planning and strategic execution, she has earned a reputation for delivering expert guidance that not only meet but exceed client expectations.
