Anna is the Vice President for the Risk & ESG Business Unit at ServiceNow, a Silicon Valley company that is a global leader in enterprise technology with over 8,000 clients. Anna leads the EMEA client team with revenue, sales, alliances, and customer satisfaction responsibility to drive growth of ServiceNow’s business across the entire GRC spectrum.

Anna has a long career in banking and technology and has shaped industry developments both by leading global client commercial partnerships and building financial industry solutions to solve regulatory challenges. Her deep domain expertise in information technology for financial markets (FinTech), GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance technologies), and KYC regulatory requirements as well as knowledge of Third Party Risk and Performance management has contributed to significant growth at companies including BAML, Thomson Reuters, CME Group, Markit, Trunomi, MetricStream, and Aravo.

In 2016, Anna was named Innovate Finance ‘Women in Fintech Power list,’ in part for her recognition that the intersection of regulation, data standards, technology developments, and industry expertise will enable efficiency in enforcement, governance, and growth in commerce.

Anna is a Non-Executive Director for the Open Data Institute, Chair’s the Audit Committee, and a member of the Executive Leadership Council for Upwards, a Silicon Valley professional women’s organisation.
