CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- All cancellations must be received at ITWeb in writing 14 days prior to the event
- Any cancellations received after this date will bear a 100% fee and will not be refunded.
- Substitution of registrations may be made at any time up to the start of the conference.
- Cancellations and substitutions must be sent via e-mail to events@itweb.co.za
PAYMENT
Payment is required before admission to the conference can be guaranteed. A tax invoice will be issued immediately on receipt of booking.
