Eugenia is a legal,risk and compliance professional; with over 16 years in financial services and local government. She is an admitted advocate of the High Court and is extremely passionate about consumer rights.

As part of its “Operation Clean Audit” initiative, she pioneered the establishment of a GRC function in the Economic Development Department at the City of Ekurhuleni in 2014.

Eugenia holds a Masters degree in commercial law and another in Global Corporate Compliance. She currently serves as a Chief Risk Officer for WesBank Retail, responsible for legal, risk, compliance, fraud and data.
