Nashikta Authar Angadh is the president of the Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Southern Africa Chapter and the national head of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for KPMG South Africa. She has over 15 years of experience in the discipline and has won multiple awards through the BCI - Africa BCI Industry Personality of the Year 2016 and Africa BCI Continuity & Resilience Consultant 2019. She was also part of the global team that contributed to updating the 2018 version of the Good Practice Guidelines and is now working on the 2023 version update. She has been recognised by Standard Bank as a Top Performing Women in KZN for 2019. Nashikta has presented at numerous conferences and has been involved in thought leadership development in the continuity and resilience discipline. Being an ISO27001 Lead Implementer, her interests also extend to information security. She is passionate about women in leadership and the sciences.
