Leishen is an Associate Director within Risk Advisory and leads the Data Privacy offering at Deloitte. Prior to joining Deloitte he was a Director, and head of the Data Protection and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) divisions at Hogan Lovells South Africa.

Leishen holds a Masters in Commercial Law from the University of Witwatersrand, specialising in company/corporate, cyber and telecommunications law.

Leishen specialises in complex end-to-end data privacy solutions and implementations and his cross functional capability drives seamless integration between legal, risk management, compliance and IT.
