- Tim Mitchell is a Digital Transformation Leader who has held leadership positions at Cadena Growth Partners, Flux Labs and Deloitte Africa. He is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Customer Centricity, Strategy, and Innovation. Tim spends his time shaping the digital transformation journeys for corporates and entrepreneurs across sub-Saharan Africa, working from digital strategy definition through to implementation. Tim has played a key role in initiating the digital transformation journey for over 50 blue-chip firms in sub-Saharan Africa, through his immersive Digital Lab approach to rapid digital strategy development. Tim leads engagement teams, facilitates digital workshops, presents keynotes and speaks on panels at digital conferences, guest-lectures and provides MBA-supervision at GIBS Business School and coaches the continent's next wave of emerging technology start-ups. Tim has been recognised for his leadership and expertise, as a recipient of Mail & Guardian’s coveted “Top 200 Young South Africans” award in 2020 in the category of Science & Technology, as well as TechSee’s “22 Digital Customer Service Trailblazers” award in 2022.
