He founded the BP Group in 1992, with which he developed the world's first and premier network for BPM & Customer Experience professionals which is now In 124 countries with 130K+ members and affiliate offices in 13 countries.

Earlier in his career, Steve worked for Citibank, leading restructuring and business process transformation programs in the US, EMEA, and APAC.

He is an Advisor to global leadership teams and sits on the steering groups of several leading companies. He is also a start-up investor and Board member to several innovative SAAS companies.
