Janette Fiander really enjoys learning and love immersion – she believes this is how we truly improve experiences – by listening, learning, designing, and iterating. Her sharp sense of smell and a wicked sense of humour have landed her in trouble over the years… stories for another day. Janette is a passionate human doing (not just human ‘being’), one who is singularly focused on trying to change the world one experience at a time. She earnt her CCXP* with real working experience, blood, non-laundered money, sweat and tears in 2019, and has completed a myriad of training and accreditation since then. She has practically read every book on experience and related topics ….. and is currently studying for her HEX** as she wants to understand the correlation between the behaviours of employees as people, and the benefit of ensuring the right employee experience on clients. Janette has taken all that she has learnt both by structured and immersive learning and used this to help shape experiences that are common sense where appropriate and memorable where necessary.
