Marvin Ngobeni is a customer engineer for Google Cloud Africa, working with some of Africa's largest companies across industries such as banking, insurance and telecommunications to help accelerate their digital transformation. Marvin is a certified TOGAF and Google Cloud Data Engineer with expertise in streaming and open-source data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka and NiFi. He has previously worked in technical consulting roles in large multinational companies such as Cloudera, Software AG, Oracle and TIBCO Software. Marvin holds a degree in computer science (Honors) from the University of Cape Town
