After doing his apprenticeship at First Rank Bank in electronic solutions he decided to expand his knowledge and International opportunities starting in the UK. He has worked for BNP Paribas, McLaren Racing ,Cisco to name a few and returned to South Africa where he started a family. He worked for MTN locally and internationally where he was involved in fibre evolution, FIFA world cup and multiple cellular modernisation projects.

Following the self-development path he decided to open his own consultancy in UK where he has consulted to telecommunications and global enterprise companies, he has guided them not only from technology point but from business and culture integration point of view which made it easier to adopt changes holistically. He strongly believes in people and technology are both equally important when building a successful company.

When he isn’t on Teams/Zoom call you’ll find Carlos coaching his children at football as he is licensed UEFA Coach sharing the De Lima love for sports.
