Kholeka Tsotsotso is an corporate professional who brings over 25 years of solid experience in technology strategy development and execution, business development as well as technology and business operations. She started her career as a programmer, moved to business analysis, managed projects including managing e-commerce capability and become a Project Portfolio manager. She also managed Solutions development teams and IT Infrastructure teams for several multinational organisations. This includes her experience in managing business continuity and covering all aspects of cyber security. In her role as an ICT technologist she prides herself as being commercial savvy as this is rare skill for the ICT sector. Her unique skills and experience extend to development and executing Digital transformation for organisations she worked for when digital transformation was still an unknown concept and she continues to drive the overall digital transformation. One of her notable achievements was the successful delivery of the integrated sales model with clear focus on digital transformation and customer-centricity. The key differentiator with the delivery of this solution was the focus on fully understanding the customer’s digital transformation requirements, being in the customer’s shoes and managing the change management process to delivery of the solution. With her propensity to learn new things she ventured to running business operations were she developed and managed the governance, risk and compliance processes including stakeholder management for the business.
