Jeniffer Ramnath leads the Technology Strategy & Advisory practice for Accenture in Africa. She guides Accenture’s team in cloud strategy & advisory, transforming the operating model, creating resilient architecture, maximising IT value, providing analytics & automation, unpacking tech vision & future tech, and looking at tech transformation & transformation office.

She is a seasoned technology strategist with 25 years’ experience in IT strategy, business management; transformational change and execution; operations & service delivery and divestitures/business carve out across a broad spectrum of complex landscapes including shared services, infrastructure, service engineering, corporate functions, and strategic change investment. Jeniffer is recognised for her work in the Telecommunications, ICT, and Financial Services industry.

She is a highly motivated and proactive person who delivers results and enables growth through constant change. As a woman in tech, she values the impact women have in the industry. Jeniffer has a special focus on mentoring the next generation of women in STEM.

Jeniffer holds a CRM diploma and is Six Sigma Black belt accredited. She is currently completing her MSc in Technology and Innovation.
