Suren, a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience in technology, digital, and data, is a passionate leader driving innovation and growth. His time managing complex projects and leading teams in multinational organizations such as Dell Computers, IBM, and Accenture has honed his agility to navigate challenging situations and develop effective solutions.

Suren led the incident response to a debilitating cyber-attack as Group Chief Digital Officer of Life Healthcare Group. Additionally, as the Group Chief Data Officer at Absa Group Limited, Suren successfully developed and executed the transformation to a federated data capability.

Outside of his executive roles, Suren actively contributes to the technology community as a speaker and currently lectures on cybersecurity for Henley Business School's "Future-Proof your Healthcare Practice" programme. He also holds a founding board member position at the Cybersecurity Digital Alliance, an organization that supports cybersecurity leaders in policy, mentorship, education, best practice sharing, and research.

In 2009, Suren founded Inburru Technologies with a vision to augment the human experience with technology. Notable projects initiated under his leadership include Fibered, a new telco startup, Y3S Consulting, a technology consultancy, and the solve4africa digital collaboration aimed at incubating cybersecurity and data analytics skills.
