Andre Welman has dedicated 18 years to a fulfilling career at Toyota, where he has managed several high-profile projects. Learning the Toyota Way was initially a steep learning curve, but once he grasped the principles, they became invaluable in supporting any project he undertook.

Outside of work, he balances his time between completing his home boss's to-do list and indulging in his passions. He enjoys maintaining his marine fish tank and engaging in woodworking. Currently, Andre is focused on building new kitchen cabinets, a project that combines his love for craftsmanship and home improvement.
