Enhancing Enterprise Assurance through visibility and Insights

Visibility and Insights require emotional re-wiring to ensure enterprise assurance: learning to take responsibility, living with uncertainty, and having a need to know. In this world of flux, the right systems and technologies can provide a level of risk certainty, however bringing context through insights, drives behaviour of preparedness and compliance. During this session, we will cover the need to bring visibility and Insights into the realm of eGRC.

  • How are decisions made or responses and actions taken – based on informed insights and visibility?;
  • Do the right people have visibility of enterprise assurance at the right time to help them make decisions?;
  • Are we digitising or making use of the right tools and implementing the right tools to be able to provide visibility and insights?; and
  • How do we fit all these pieces together to provide an integrated way to Monitor and Manage Enterprise Assurance?
