Mohamed is an admitted attorney and privacy specialist in the Group Privacy Office at the Absa Group. He provides guidance on, among other aspects, privacy and data protection laws, and the assessment, understanding and mitigation of the potential privacy risks associated with new and emerging technologies, systems and applications which involve the usage of personal data. Mohamed has privacy and data protection experience across different industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, telecommunications, media, broadcasting and entertainment, as well as gaming and fixed odds.
