Over 14 years of working experience in Information Technology and Information Systems Auditing and having just completed a Master of Philosophy degree in IT Governance, Bella is driven by a need to influence and see change towards better IT risk management and matured IT control environment as well as fluent adaptation to the ever evolving technology requirements. Her passion lies in IT governance, risk and compliance to laws and regulations, which she believes need to be well adopted in order to enable businesses become empowered to drive and understand information technology as well as delivery of related information technology programmes and projects. Over the years of her auditing career, Bella has seen that proper application of IT governance enables business agility and effective IT integration in businesses which well allowed adaptation to digitalization. Over her career, Bella has performed work for external and internal auditing where she was exposed to general concepts of IT auditing such as Information Security, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Data Analytics, Projects and Programme Assurance, IT Governance and strategy as well as Enterprise Architecture.
