Tichaona Zororo, CIA, CISA, CISM, CGEIT, CRMA, CRISC, COBIT certified assessor is a digital transformation and innovation advisory executive with EGIT (Enterprise Governance of IT. He is an advisor to a number of boards and boards of directors, IT and business leaders across the globe on the utilisation of disruptive technologies to create and preserve stakeholder value, design new business models, governance and management of enterprise IT, IT risk, cyber security and IT auditing. He is a non-executive director and an Audit & Risk committee member. Zororo was involved in the development of numerous ISACA and other organisations’ research papers on COBIT, big data, mobility, cloud computing, IT governance, cyber security, social media, digital and artificial intelligence. A renowned COBIT expert, advisor and accredited trainer, Zororo is credited for being the first COBIT certified assessor in southern Africa, the first African and person from Africa to sit on the ISACA Board of Directors [2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2018–2019 and 2019-2020] and chair its Audit and Risk Committee [2017-2018 and 2018–2019]. He was voted the best speaker Africa and Asia CACS 2017. Zororo served on the ISACA Framework Committee, CGEIT Test Enhancement Sub-Committee and the External Advocacy Committee. He has served on the ISACA South Africa Chapter Board since 2012. He was its board chair 2016-2018 and is the immediate past president. A natural strategist, Zororo is a recipient of the prestigious ISACA Harold Weiss Award.
