Zootee keeps it simple with Simply Accounting from Softline ACCPAC

Gearing up for golf is a must in SA, especially if you are a woman. Local business, Zootee, which offers a full range of versatile, fashionably fun and quality golf wear and accessories for women golfers of all ages recently implemented Softline Accpac's Simply Accounting Pro.

According to Kevin Buitendag of Bdot4 Solutions, a Certified Simply Accounting Solution Provider, Zootee required business software that would take care of both the operational and accounting requirements of the business.

"Zootee required business software that would deal with all areas of the business including general ledger, cash book, debtors, creditors, sales and purchase orders and cash flow. Bill of Materials was also an essential requirement to manage and control the vast amount of raw materials and inventory.

By following the easy to use, simple steps, Commarmond was able to prepare bi-monthly VAT reports and financial year-end accounts: "Using Simply Accounting Pro I am able convert any Simply Accounting reports to MSExcel allowing me to integrate and transfer data easily," says Commarmond.

At only R2 350 including VAT for Simply Accounting PRO and an additional R1 500 for a day training course, the start-up cost was minimal. "By attending the Simply Accounting Pro beginners' course hosted by Softline Accpac, I was able to utilise Simply Accounting Pro to its fullest capacity," says Commarmond.
