In today's economic climate it is imperative to implement targeted collections strategies to recover outstanding debt from customers in the most efficient and timely manner. In response to this business need, uMgungundlovu District Municipality has engaged TransUnion to provide consultancy services, analytics and modelling expertise that will support, enhance and prioritise its collection efforts.
As the name implies, TransUnion's Non-CPA Collection Solution does not utilise CPA (Credit Providers Association) data, but the municipality's consumer database.
