Swift Consult, in the IT services business for over four years and with a focus on the SME market, has implemented Kaseya's automated managed services solutions with highly positive outcomes for the company and its customers.
Swift Consult specialises in technology solutions for the SME market. It makes use of enterprise level processes, methodologies and technology and applies them to its clients. The company provides 24/7 support, as well as acting as a “Virtual CIO” for many clients. Swift Consult takes care of all client vendor management, and makes sure their infrastructure is stable and cost-effective.
With a successful business to date, FJ Oosthuizen, Managing Director of Swift Consult, explains why he chose to go with Kaseya: “Kaseya's automated managed service software allows us to support a lot more users per technician. We don't believe in having desktop technicians or first line 'techies'.

Swift Consult has implemented the Kaseya 2.0 platform at one of its biggest clients. According to Oosthuizen, the rollout was very easy, and the company now has Kaseya's monitoring set-up as well. Clients are realising that this remote support is much faster, and more effective than the old way of doing things.
