The world renowned SAS Forum International (SFI) has now become SAS Forum 2007 - An Executive Conference, which will be held in Stockholm, Sweden from 22 to 23 May 2007.
This new event is aimed specifically at executive management and C level executives, and brings together world-class thought leaders to discuss challenges and breakthroughs in global business.
The technical side of SFI will now be called SAS Global Forum, and will be held in Orlando, Florida in 2007.
Says Bill Hoggarth, Managing Director of SAS Institute South Africa: "We believe that by splitting the SAS Forum into these two individual events we will be able to better ensure the information the delegates receive will be as pertinent and relevant to them as possible, as executives will be able to attend a conference specifically tailored to their needs."
The opening plenary will be hosted by Dr James Goodnight, CEO and founder of SAS Institute. In his address he will share SAS company insights and provide information on SAS's unique ability to help organisations meet business needs.
The event will present high-class keynote speakers, as well as different industry tracks, which will focus on specific needs and business pains on an executive level. Top-level decision-makers from internationally respected companies will also present on topics considered essential to business growth and technological innovation.
Adds Hoggarth: "The event offers excellent networking opportunities besides being highly informational. The speakers are chosen for their ability to provide inspiration through sharing of their vast combined experience."
The conference will be held at the Stockholmsm"assan, a prestigious venue that was chosen to ensure maximum comfort and convenience for conference attendees.
