Sage 300 People HR and Payroll provides platform for growth for CTICC

The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) – one of Africa’s leading conference, exhibition and convention venues – has implemented Sage 300 People HR and Payroll to provide a platform for its ambitious plans to grow its business. The CTICC selected AWCape, a leading Sage Platinum Business Partner, as the implementation and support partner for the roll-out.

The company searched for a new payroll solution after its auditors recommended upgrading to a more modern and secure system to cater to its evolving reporting needs. The CTICC chose the Sage 300 People Payroll solution based on its positive experiences with the Sage VIP Premier software that had supported its business for many years.

With Sage 300 People Payroll, the CTICC gained access to a cloud-based payroll solution that ensures its pay run is precise and its business is compliant, that provides accurate, real-time reporting. Following its successful implementation of Sage 300 People Payroll, the CTICC decided to implement the HR software to benefit from an integrated HR and payroll solution.

The CTICC has implemented the Personnel Management, Learning and Skills Development, and Employment Equity modules of Sage 300 People HR. Together, these modules give the company more profound insight into its 150-strong workforce and streamline its record-keeping and reporting. A single database for payroll and HR data provides a single source of truth that combines multiple data types to make better business decisions.
