SuiteBox allows organisations to meet their clients and sign documents using the online platform, says SuiteBox's Ian Dunbar.

Digital office solutions company, SuiteBox, has been introduced to the South African market and has partnered with Moonstone Information Refinery to provide sales, marketing and frontline services to SA.

According to SuiteBox, Moonstone, an independent support network for financial service providers, has also taken a 10% equity shareholding in SuiteBox Solutions, which is headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.

The partnership will offer South African professionals a digital customer engagement channel which makes it easier to conduct business online through client engagement tools which allow businesses to interact with clients without physically meeting.

The digital channel also enables businesses to manage fully interactive Web services which can be integrated into organisations' CRM systems, advice platforms, core banking platforms and so on to create an end-to-end customer experience, adds the company.

Ian Dunbar, SuiteBox CEO, says: "If you want to spend more face-to-face time with your clients, if you want a more efficient and productive advice process and if you want to boost your compliance capabilities, then SuiteBox is the solution for you.

"SuiteBox is the only video meeting technology solution that allows you to share, amend and digitally sign documents with your clients in real time and with full compliance. Modern compliance and regulatory requirements slow down business processes, while adding to the costs. SuiteBox solves these problems by combining video, document collaboration and digital signatures for on-screen authentication to complete transactions immediately. No more sending an e-mail and waiting days or weeks for a response," he elaborates.

SuiteBox says its marketing strategy in SA will be driven across various channels such as holding active social media discussions with the African professional services community, hosting of best practice digital workshops and seminars across SA, and leveraging on direct marketing and public relations.

The company is targeting local professional services with a primary focus on wealth advice, insurance, lending, accounting, property and law.

Hjalmar Bekker, CEO of Moonstone, says: "South African professional services businesses face the same compliance and productivity challenges as businesses in the UK or Australasia, and perhaps a few more. By adopting SuiteBox, you could save hours a day just on travel time. But, the true value is in the business productivity and compliance benefits. If you need a solution that fits your busy lifestyle, while enhancing your client engagement, SuiteBox is the solution."
