Netsurit reduces customer spend using Kaseya

South Africa's leading IT outsource and managed services provider, Netsurit, has been reaping awards and increasing customer satisfaction exponentially since implementing Kaseya's Managed Services solutions.

With a predominately SME customer base, Netsurit has made it onto a global list of the world's best managed service providers as its most recent accolade. Only one of two South African companies to do so since the awards started.

“I am very passionate about entrepreneurship and the role that small and medium business enterprises play in the South African economy. Netsurit is a proudly South African company and the core of our business is to empower this market through technology and enable them to achieve their business objectives. Using Kaseya's scalable solutions makes it possible for us to really deliver on our promises to clients. We are particularly keen to implement the new SME solutions from Kaseya and, unlike the other companies we tried, Kaseya has a strong local presence,” says Orrin Klopper, CEO of Netsurit.

“Having worked with Kaseya's products and team for some time now, the single most important and valuable difference it has made to my business is automation. It increases customer satisfaction and reduces the amount of time we need to spend fixing on site. As a result, support costs for customers do not become excessive.”

For Klopper and his company, delivery is as vital as cutting costs for customers, something Kaseya allows them to do. Since implementing Kaseya's services, customer satisfaction has increased to more than 70%, while costs have reduced dramatically.

Netsurit's Total Technology Value (TTV) strategy has three pillars, automation, standardisation and control. Kaseya serves the automation part of this strategy. With a vision of an annual turnover of US$1 billion within the next five years, Netsurit is well positioned to achieve this, focusing on servicing companies with 250 computers or less and intends to keep working with Kaseya as a core part of that growth strategy.

On Kloppers' wall is a poster with one of his favourite quotes by Thomas Edison: “Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like hard work.” Kloppers is clearly not afraid of working hard; the success of his business is an indication of this. He began the business while still at university and has led it to where it is now - globally recognised for its delivery.

“We tried a couple of automated managed service solutions, but they really did not live up to our expectations and we stopped using them. Kaseya has been fantastic. We have been able to make our response times minimal; our staff are all trained so when someone does phone they actually speak to a technician who can immediately assist. We average a 10 second real response time when someone phones. Although with Kaseya we don't get too many call-outs or problems,” says Klopper.

“Kaseya's solutions give us the scalability we require and helps our customers benefit from Netsurit's 12 years of experience in reducing operational costs for SME businesses. Today's volatile economic conditions and fierce competition demand that businesses look at areas where they can cut costs and any business should have an objective to keep their costs lean, which is our specialty,” he adds.

The company is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner as well as Microsoft's largest Small Business Specialist Partner in the country. Netsurit is also Alto (Premier) partner with Dell South Africa. It has won several awards over the years from a variety of partners and industry bodies.
