Invensys acquires Skelta

Invensys Operations Management, a provider of technology systems, has acquired Skelta Software, a privately held software company headquartered in Bangalore, India, says Earth Times.

Founded in 2003, Skelta provides enterprise-wide business process management (BPM) and advanced workflow software solutions for companies in several industries, including manufacturing and infrastructure operations.

The Skelta BPM suite offers capabilities for business process modelling and execution and includes integrated capabilities for business rules management, forms management, document management and business activity monitoring.

Questetra updates DataSpider software

Questetra has unveiled DataSpider BPM, software developed in collaboration with Appresso KK, a Software provider, reports iStock Analyst.

The DataSpider BPM realises a workflow environment that connects and coordinates corporate information systems by making use of Questetra BPM Suite, a product with which users can easily and continuously manage and improve workflows.

The software is an extension of DataSpider Servista, data-integration EAI software, which enables data-correlation between corporate information systems.

Tibco, RealMed partner

Tibco Software has partnered with RealMed, a provider in real-time healthcare claims adjudication, writes Market Watch.

The two partnered to build an event-driven infrastructure that will deliver greater visibility into the end-to-end flow of healthcare transactions, such as eligibility, claims and remittance processes.

RealMed leverages the power of automated workflows and its connection with health plan and practice management systems to process payments and transactions.
