Local front office systems specialist Implement IT, has branched out its service offerings to aggressively tackle the SME CRM sector, with the inclusion of ACCPAC CRM to its offerings.
ACCPAC CRM is an integrated sales, marketing, customer support and business automation solution. Being Internet and WAP enabled, the application provides users access anytime, anywhere via a Web browser or wireless device, such as a PocketPC or WAP enabled mobile phone. The application integrates fully with industry-wide business solutions, as well as other proprietary systems.
Implement IT - which has a track record of providing some of the country`s biggest Blue Chip companies with CRM solutions - has increasingly been approached by smaller companies looking for alternatives to their front office CRM needs. As a result, it took a closer look at the available technology solutions and identified the ACCPAC CRM solution as the ideal alternative for smaller companies, before adding it to its list of offerings.
