Hospital incorporates MRO's tech

MRO, a provider of disclosure management applications and services for healthcare organisations, has signed a contract with UC Health University Hospital, says Medical News.

The contract was for MRO to provide ROI processing services to the facility. Under this agreement, University Hospital will incorporate MRO's ROI technology with its existing electronic medical record system.

The new workflow enables the organisation to bring its ROI process in-house and partner with MRO to provide the back-office fulfillment functions.

Interactive Intelligence bids for awareness boost

Interactive Intelligence and distribution and resale partner Amtel are campaigning to lift the vendor's local profile on the back of the New Zealand release of the Interaction Process Automation software, states Reseller News.

The application blends communication with business process automation to allow voice calls, texts, emails, web forms with customer enquiries, and web chats, to be routed to an appropriately-qualified staff member's PC or phone.

The person can be housed in the call centre, or in another part of the business.
