Vereeniging-based GMCEO Engineering Services, representing world leading international companies that supply machinery, equipment and various other industrial products in the cable, wire, pipe, profile, plastics and aluminium industry, has implemented a Sage CRM software solution from business software specialist Lorge.
The Sage CRM system provides GMCEO with the capability to accurately track business opportunities and sales, as well as the monitoring and management of industrial projects that involve complicated processes, and therefore create an enormous amount of paperwork. This system actively promotes supplier and customer liaison.
Gustav Du Plessis of Lorge corporate sales says the solution has been operational for four months already, accurately tracking and managing each opportunity and sale of GMCEO, therefore boosting profitability for the company.
