Enyuka improves control with Kaseya solution

Local information, communication and video technology business, the Enyuka Group, has joined the swelling ranks of companies who have embraced Kaseya's automated managed services software solution.

According to Enyuka Director Glen Andrew: “Kaseya offered us features and a licensing model that really made sense to us. We have achieved control of our enterprise in a powerful, dynamic innovative package that continues to evolve. Kaseya's solution contributes to our bottom line. It means less travel for staff, better productivity, better control, increased sales and the ability to take on larger clients without increasing our staff overhead.”

Enyuka, in business for five years, implemented Kaseya across its business three months ago, and is already enjoying the benefits of the solution.

David Gentleman, co-director of Enyuka, says: “The control we experience with Kaseya is very powerful. Although it requires a time investment to set it up, once this is done the effect is very powerful. The benefits we are feeling are better control, more productivity, concise and accurate reporting and an increase in the quality of the service we are offering our clients. Proactive maintenance is also a huge factor where we are able to avoid difficult break/fix scenarios.”

Kaseya is the leading global provider of automated IT systems management software and is rapidly gaining a large community of South African IT companies.

“While our software and global success speak for themselves, the feedback we have from every single South African company that has joined us is that our local presence is a key factor,” says Jacques Van der Merwe, Regional Sales Manager xSP for Kaseya.
