Eagle Intelligence has been selected by the California Department of Justice to assist with the process of automating its criminal intelligence regulatory environment, states eMediaWire.

Eagle will provide management consulting services, systems analysis, and project management services and support.

Formed in 2006, Eagle provides both systems and consulting for Justice and Public safety agencies with special emphasis on state and local regulatory issues.

Euronext appoints Chrnelich

NYSE Euronext has formalised a new role for itself with the naming of a former Lehman Brothers executive to lead its nascent trading technology business group, states Financial News.

Benjamin Chrnelich has taken on the position of senior VP and chief administrative officer for the new NYSE Euronext Advanced Trading Solutions group.

In his new role, Chrnelich will oversee strategy, planning, business reporting and project management for the commercial technology unit of NYSE Euronext.

NADRA gets CMMI certification

According to The News, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has become the first-ever Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI) certified organisation in the public sector of the country.

NADRA has been appraised successfully for CMMIr-Dev, Maturity Level 2 of Software Engineering Institute's Carnegie Mellon University.

The Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement, Class 'A' was conducted, and project management, software development and quality assurance activities were found to be in accordance with the established processes.
