ICL Personal Systems has released the 32X speed Dysan CD-322E, a high-performance CD-ROM drive offering 32X (Maximum Transfer TRate Performance) speed and 4800Kb/sec data transfer rate access to applications in design, electronic publishing, entertainment, business and training applications. The multi-platform CD-322E drive operates on all major operating systems such as DOS, Windows, Windows NT, Windows 95 and OS/2 Warp. The drive is compatible with all major CD systems and exceeds the requirements of most multimedia PC standards. It supports CD-DA, CD-I/MPEG, CD-EXTRA, CD-RW, CD-ROM/XA, I-TRAX CD, Photo CD and Karaoke CD formats. It is easy to install and there is no need for an additional CD-ROM interface card.
