Software and automation company Tangent Solutions and chatbot specialist Druid have signed a strategic partnership agreement – the first for Druid in the SA market.
Founded in 2018 in Romania, Druid has been one of the most successful AI-focused startups in Central and Eastern Europe. It specialises in conversational AI automation, with its no-code platform enabling enterprises to automate customer and employee communications using AI-driven virtual assistants.
Through the partnership, Tangent Solutions will build and deploy multi-channel AI-powered chatbots in a matter of days, and connect them to any business system via application programming interfaces, open database connectivity, or robotic process automation, enabling end-to-end automation in the process.
The partnership will also include additional certification of Tangent's certified RPA (robotic process automation) developers.
Tangent already has an alliance with UiPath, a leading enterprise RPA software company, and has earned a UiPath Gold and UiPath Services Network (USN) status. The deal with Druid, it says, improves its ability to deliver hyper-automation to enterprise customers and help them transform business processes, optimise customer interactions and reduce costs.
